Article 1 - General

The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to define the procedures for the use of the website of Dui Global SA/NV, with the domain name, as well as all the domain names that have been or would be developed by the company (hereinafter referred jointly to as the “Website”).This Website has been created and is managed by Dui Global SA/NV, having its registered office at 2B Rue du Coucou, 6040 Jumet, Belgium (Telephone : +32 71 701 612, Fax : +32 71 701 624), registered in the VAT register under BE 0551.997.108, Charleroi LPR (hereinafter referred to as “Dui Global”).

Article 2 – Access to the Website

The Website shall be accessible free of charge for all users with Internet access. All costs relating to said access to the Website, whether for hardware, software or Internet access, shall be borne exclusively by the user.
